ADA Information

Thank you for your interest regarding eligibility to use Calaveras Connect’s transportation program for persons with disabilities. Calaveras Connect provides fixed route and dial a ride services for persons with disabilities and for persons 65 years and older. Calaveras Connect can deviate three-fourths of a mile from the regular fixed route.

Complaint Procedure:
Any person who believes himself/herself or any specific class of individuals to be harmed by failure to comply with ADA policies may, personally or through a representative, file a written complaint with Calaveras Transit Agency. A Complaint must be filed not later than 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination, unless the time for filing is extended by agreement with Calaveras Transit Agency. Calaveras Transit Agency cannot respond to complaints without the complainant's mailing address.

How to File a Complaint:
Written complaints may use the complaint form available above. If an individual is unable to file a written complaint, Calaveras Transit Agency staff will provide assistance.
